Mach > Maelstrom > Carrier >Tengu Maelstrom is so damn cheap and easy to set up compared to the others. Mach is obviously the fastest, Bouncer II spamming carrier is also quite nasty but a massive gank bait. A Tengu can do well with HAMS.
